01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and uu8j (hereinafter "uu8j", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the uu8j website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

uu8j operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. The platform is accessible at https://uu8j.app and any associated subdomains or mirror domains that may be activated from time to time for technical or accessibility reasons.

These Terms are effective as of the date displayed above and supersede all prior versions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms become effective immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the rules of a specific game, promotion, or betting market, the more specific document shall take precedence for that context, except where these Terms expressly state otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use the Services in any capacity. 18+ uu8j is strictly an adult platform. We operate a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any player who provides false information about their age during registration will have their account permanently closed, all funds voided, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

The Services are directed at players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with the laws applicable to you. uu8j does not provide legal advice and cannot be held liable for any breach of local law by users who access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. uu8j reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing reasons.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

uu8j operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to provide government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any point — including before your first withdrawal, following any unusual account activity, or as part of periodic compliance reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Accepted identity documents include: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence. Accepted proof of address documents include: utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence dated within the last three months.

03 Account Obligations

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active account at uu8j at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player will be suspended. Any bonus funds, winnings, or pending withdrawals across all duplicate accounts will be forfeited. uu8j's determination in such cases is final.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. uu8j will never request your password via any channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security are your responsibility. You must notify our support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to uu8j — during registration, identity verification, or at any other time — is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination. Any funds in the account at the time of termination for fraudulent information will be voided without recourse.

3.4 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the uu8j platform for any of the following purposes:

• Any activity that is unlawful under applicable Bangladeshi or international law.
• Laundering money or facilitating any transaction derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting technical errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other players in any multiplayer or live casino game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage or matched betting that constitutes abuse of promotional offers.
• Impersonating another person, creating an account on behalf of another person, or using another person's payment method.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uu8j accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed at uu8j's discretion. The current list of available payment methods is displayed on the cashier page within your account.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Deposits via card networks may take up to 15 minutes to clear. uu8j does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges for which uu8j bears no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made from an account belonging to a family member, friend, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within one to three hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to card networks may take two to five business days depending on the issuing bank.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the KYC identity verification process as described in Section 2.4. uu8j reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000. Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method that was not used for a prior deposit on the account, except where no such method is available, in which case uu8j support must be contacted to arrange an alternative.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). uu8j does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your responsibility.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. uu8j reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any required re-verification steps.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

uu8j offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, IPL, and BPL. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which shall be read alongside these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on its respective promotion page. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering with real money funds counts towards any active bonus wagering requirement.

5.3 Eligible Games and Minimum Odds

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates as specified per promotion. For sports betting bonuses, a minimum odds requirement (typically 1.50 per selection) will apply. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not count towards the bonus wagering requirement.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issuance, which is stated on the individual promotion. Bonus funds and associated free spins that have not been used, and wagering requirements that have not been completed, by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. uu8j does not extend bonus expiry periods except at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

uu8j employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, hedging bets across accounts to guarantee a wagering-free outcome, and systematic low-margin betting designed solely to complete wagering requirements rather than genuine gameplay. Where bonus abuse is detected, uu8j reserves the right to void all bonus funds, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

5.6 Promotional Changes

uu8j reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bets or wagers already placed and accepted prior to the change.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

A bet or wager is not accepted until you receive a confirmation message from the platform. Bets displayed as "Pending" are subject to review and may be refused at uu8j's discretion, particularly where odds have been published in error or where system issues have affected market integrity. In the event that a bet is refused, your stake will be returned to your account balance in full.

6.2 Odds and Errors

uu8j strives to display accurate odds and game probabilities at all times. However, in cases where odds have been published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, uu8j reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds and refund the stake. This applies to both sports betting odds and casino game return-to-player figures displayed in error.

6.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in any of the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the rescheduling period specified in the sport-specific rules; the odds were published in error; system issues prevented the correct settlement of the bet; or uu8j has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets do not count towards bonus wagering requirements.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key match events such as wickets, goals, and timeouts. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and the stake returned. uu8j cannot be held responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that cause delays in bet submission during live events.

6.5 Casino Game Fairness

All casino games offered on the uu8j platform — including slots, live dealer games, and RNG table games — use certified random number generation technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel. uu8j does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of games supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.

6.6 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round or live bet, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. uu8j's server logs are the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. uu8j is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your uu8j account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard timelines. Accounts closed at player request with a remaining real-money balance will have that balance withdrawn to the player's verified payment method within five business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available on the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

7.3 Suspension or Closure by uu8j

uu8j reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment disputes from the player's payment provider.
• Account found to belong to a player who is under 18 years of age.
• Request from a law enforcement body or financial regulator.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, we will aim to complete the review within 14 business days. Real-money balances held in suspended accounts will be returned to the player if the investigation concludes in their favour. Balances in accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be forfeited in full.

08 Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Guarantee of Service Availability

uu8j provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur, during which access to some or all Services may be temporarily unavailable. uu8j will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where possible.

8.2 Limitation on Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uu8j shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; loss of revenue; or reputational harm. In all cases, uu8j's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The uu8j platform integrates third-party services including game software providers, payment processors, and data feeds. uu8j is not responsible for the performance, availability, or actions of any third-party service provider. In particular, uu8j cannot be held liable for delays or errors in payment processing caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any other payment partner.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of uu8j's operating entity. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Players agree to submit to this dispute resolution process before pursuing any legal claim. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Bangladeshi law.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and uu8j with respect to the subject matter hereof. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties on the same subject matter.
